We want you to be completely happy with your new dress. Please read our return and exchange rules carefully before you place an order.
No Refunds We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are strictly final. We will not return the money to your original payment method.
Exchanges We gladly accept exchanges. If you have an issue with the size or want a different design, we will help you swap it out.
How to Exchange an Item To get an exchange, you must return the original dress to us first. You must meet these conditions:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to start an exchange.

The dress must be unworn and unwashed.

The dress must be in its exact original condition.

All original tags must still be attached to the dress.
Return Shipping You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom Stitched Items We make custom stitched dresses exactly to your measurements. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any custom stitched items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items We check every dress carefully before we ship it. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong design, please contact our support team immediately. We will fix the problem for you right away.
